Terms of Service

1. Service agreement

By creating an account, connecting to our network, or purchasing a plan, you enter a binding agreement with CyberSolutions VPN and accept this Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy in full.

2. Website accounts

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity under your login. Use a strong, unique password and notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Personal VPN configurations

Configuration files and certificates are generated for your account only. Redistribution, resale, public posting, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Configuration violations

First offense: written warning and suspension until resolved.
Second offense: $6.00 USD reactivation fee and possible termination.
Further offenses: permanent ban without refund.

5. Confidential network information

Server hostnames, IP addresses, ports, certificate details, and dashboard credentials must not be disclosed publicly or to unauthorized parties unless CyberSolutions provides written authorization.

6. Lawful use

You agree to use CyberSolutions VPN solely for lawful purposes and to comply with applicable local, national, and international law.

7. Acceptable use — prohibited activity

The following are forbidden on the CyberSolutions network:

• Copyright infringement via torrenting or similar mass redistribution
• Port scanning, vulnerability probing, or unauthorized access attempts
• Botnets, spam campaigns, cryptomining, or denial-of-service activity
• Deliberately provoking attacks against our infrastructure or upstream providers
• Any use that materially harms network stability, reputation, or other users

8. No resale

You may not resell, sublicense, bundle, or commercially redistribute VPN access obtained through CyberSolutions without prior written approval.

9. Payments & refunds

All purchases, donations, and plan fees are final. Because services are delivered digitally, refunds are not offered except where mandatory under applicable consumer law.

10. Suspension & termination

CyberSolutions may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate website access and VPN certificates at any time for policy violations, abuse, non-payment, or operational necessity, with or without notice.

11. Private / dedicated servers

Customers with dedicated infrastructure must submit cancellation or renewal decisions at least three (3) days before the billing date to avoid automatic teardown.

12. Support & disputes

Contact official support before initiating chargebacks or making public allegations. We will investigate legitimate issues in good faith.

13. Conduct

Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward CyberSolutions staff or support processes may result in immediate termination of all services without refund.
