Effective Immediately – Please Read Carefully Before Using or Purchasing

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Configuration & Account Sharing

a. VPN Configuration Files

Redistribution, sharing, or public posting of VPN configuration files is strictly prohibited. First Violation: A formal warning will be issued.
Second Violation: A reactivation fee of $6.00 USD will be required to restore service.

b. Account Credentials & Server Details

Sharing login credentials, assigned IP addresses, port numbers, or any other service-related access information is not allowed unless explicitly authorized by CyberSolutions VPN. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

3. Feedback & Support Policy

a. Dispute Resolution

Labeling the service as a "scam" or making false claims without first contacting support is prohibited.

b. Contact Procedure

If you experience an issue with our service, contact support immediately for resolution. We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns professionally and promptly.

c. Conduct Expectations

Abuse, harassment, or disrespect towards staff will result in account termination without notice.

4. Service Availability & Termination Rights

CyberSolutions VPN reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms. Clients managing private servers must provide at least 3 days’ notice for cancellations or renewals. Failure to provide timely notice may result in automatic server termination.

5. Server Usage & Misuse

Our network is designed to handle high-level attacks and maintain uptime. The following are strictly prohibited:

Engaging in torrenting, illegal distribution, or unauthorized public sharing of server IPs or configurations
Deliberately provoking attacks on our infrastructure
Any activity that draws unnecessary attention or abuse to our network

Users are solely responsible for how they use the service. CyberSolutions VPN is not liable for misuse. Violations may result in permanent suspension without refund or appeal.

6. Agreement

By using or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.
